Project Aditi
Impact Goal
Project Aditi aims to empower underprivileged women through skill development, entrepreneurship training, and livelihood support. By equipping women with the tools to earn, lead, and grow, the program envisions a future where women become agents of change in their families and communities—fostering dignity, independence, and lasting social impact.

Women Empowerment through skill development
Project Aditi is a flagship initiative of Impact Life Foundation that aims to empower women from marginalized communities by providing them with market-relevant skills, entrepreneurship training, and economic opportunities. It focuses on building confidence, independence, and dignity among women who have traditionally been excluded from the workforce due to poverty, limited access, or social barriers.
Named after ‘Aditi’, the Vedic goddess symbolizing infinity, freedom, and motherhood, the project envisions a world where every woman has the tools, knowledge, and support to thrive.

Why Project Aditi:
Because empowering one woman uplifts an entire family and community. Project Aditi ensures that women are not just trained, but transformed—into leaders, earners, and change-makers. In India, millions of women—especially from rural, tribal, and economically weaker sections—continue to face barriers to education, employment, and social independence. Despite growing awareness, women’s participation in the workforce remains critically low. According to the Periodic Labour Force Survey (PLFS) 2022, the female labour force participation rate in India is just around 25%, with a large gender gap in access to skill training, digital literacy, and economic opportunity.
